        One of the sweater I brought for cleaning came back with all the stains still on it. They offered to clean it again and it came back worse than before. The shirt was clearly damaged. It lost it's shine and there were streaks all over. The manager and the owner promised to get back to me but never did. It's been over a month and no one has returned my call or they were never there when I drop by.



        Taking care of customer problems is vital in conducting a healthy and fruitful business. Taking responsibility is the key.
