Providence Montana Spine and Pain Center

My wife has had chronic back pain for years. She has been to doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors. Her current Pt has been the one pushing to get her in here. After the initial referral, to the Spine and Pain Center, we waited a week, and heard nothing. When we called them, they said they needed more information before scheduling. We did the leg work. Full history including xrays and MRI from her doctor and chiropractor (and more from the Pt). Three days later, they call saying they need more information. I asked about everything we already brought them. This was a surprise to them! They hadn't seen it yet. After reviewing it, they called and said they needed more from the Pt. This was a Friday. Monday they call and say they found the the info from the Pt. It had been misplaced. Finally they could schedule. Fast forward 2 weeks. One hour before the appointment (I wish I was kidding) they cancel the appointment. It was scheduled with the wrong provider. The physical therapist had taken the day off to be there. This office doesn't seem to communicate with each other or anyone else very well. I hope the doctors actually know what they're doing because office staff hasn't a clue. We're waiting another 2 weeks for the next appointment.
