Dealer's Choice Detail

Just had my truck detailed there yesterday. At first sight the exterior and interior looked spotless as i had hoped they would. After lifting up the back fold away bench seats, i noticed that they completely missed all the dog hair on the underside of the seats. Then upon starting the truck up, something with the electrical went haywire and i couldn't get my horn to stop going off. after finally shutting it off, my blinkers would not work. Today i took the truck into Karl Tyler Chevrolet to have my electrical looked at. They found that one of the fuse boxes was completely wet with moisture and that was what caused the fuse to short out. After calling "Dealer's" Choice they denied it was something that they would have done, of course. Thank God for quality customer service like Karl Tyler as they didn't charge me for the work.

Do NOT trust these people with your car! They will damage your vehicle and take no responsibility for what they've done. Expect no customer service once you've paid. They don't know what it means. Things can always go wrong in any service situation, but good business people are honest and deal fairly--and at least courteously--with customers to work it out. If you value your vehicle, look for another detail shop!

I paid $200 for nothing. I paid to have my car completely detailed and ended up with upholstery that was not cleaned, wax remaining on the exterior, and a car in need of complete buffing. I did all of that so I pretty much wasted $200 I could not easily spare. Do not go to this place, they are terrible.
