Bob Wards always has the products on the shelf I need or will quickly get it from one of their other stores if they don't have it. It's one of those local businesses that offers everything the corporate competitors do but at a typically better price and with a much more skilled and knowledgeable staff.

The clothing manager refused to take back a child's snow hat purchased 2 days ago because the tags were missing even though we had the receipt. She threatened to have security throw us out of the store when we verbally requested leniency on an overly strict policy so we could buy another hat. We only wanted store credit!! We had planned to purchase snow pants for all the kids plus another hat and gloves. Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere than to a store which clearly doesn't value it's customers.

Had a negative review, but it is worth 5 stars for a company to admit where they were wrong, apologize, and work to make it right.

Nice older sports place located in missoula. It has been here forever and they have a pretty good selection of water sports, baseball, hunting etc. If you need a quick product and are in the area, try it out.
