California Dental Care

The worst Dental office ever! Improper sanitation caused and an infection in my 18 YEAR OLD step-daughters bicuspid tooth. She was in such pain we had to take her back for an emergency root canal. They made us prepay $1100 until insurance company paid. The insurance company paid $600 + $200 in February. They have been giving us the run around on the refund ever since. They said since she needs other work and they're gonna keep the money towards that. No, No, No, we will never use this company again for our families dental work. We demanded a refund check. If we don't get it this week we are filing a lawsuit. I see other people have had the same problem. We just want our money back! Kelly, the office manager, was very condescending to my fiance and never returned her calls. Dr Zee seems to very negligent in her sanitation practices and business practice's! This place is very shady!! I cant believe they are still in business!! STAY AWAY!! FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!
