My roof was recently damaged by high winds. Finding a reliable contractor is scary. I read previous reviews for American Professional Services on yellowpages.com and decided to give them a try.

I called APS late Friday and Rod stated he would be there Monday afternoon. The repair would be a flat rate for 1 pack of shingles. Sure enough they showed up right when he said they would and went right to work. Very pleased with the work they did!

Very straight forward person and very reasonable price. I will definitely keep their card convenient for further jobs.

The best thing about American Professional Services is they are able to do everything we ask of them. We needed a roof repair in one certain spot on our roof. When Rod looked at our roof, he also found another spot that really needed repair. This saved my wife and I another repair down the road, but we were never pressured into spending more money or repairing more things than we wanted to. Prices are very reasonable, Rod and his crew are very friendly, no pressure, and gets things done without being put on a long waiting list!

I've never done a review, these guys are worthy of one. Rod is down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and uses common sense when suggesting changes or ideas. He is reliable and trustworthy. I'd send him to my mom. His fees are reasonable and fair and I didn't find a need to quibble. In the end, no surprises. And just to mention it, I DID NOT find them "creepy" to be around my house for a week. One has to consider things like that. I would hire him again for any project. One of the best things I found was that Rod has worked on almost every kind of project so I could use him for a very wide variety of projects and feel that he had good knowledge of what was involved. I find that is important so that I don't have to run around to ten different vendors. If you read this review, believe it, I'm just a regular person who needs things done and to work with someone trustworthy and good. No big hypy contracts (unless you want one), no hidden costs, just tell them what you need and Rod will work with you however you like.

We've worked with Rod and his crew on multiple projects and each time we couldn't be happier with the result. American Professional Services do great work and at a very reasonable price. We recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a good contractor.

American Professional Services replaced my 30 yr old wood windows with new double hung vinyl windows that tilt in for easy cleaning. They look great and were very affordable. Why pay for the big name company's advertising? I didn't. For $185.00 each installed, I was able to replace all of my windows in my home and my heating bill over the winter saved me even more money. In addition to the windows, I had a new front entrance door with storm installed and they did a great job on it as well. They were very clean and left no mess behind, and took extra care in my flower beds. I would recommend them for all of your home remodeling needs. Oh, they are insured, bonded and licensed so I felt comfortable choosing them to work on my home.

American Professional Services was wonderful to work with. The fact that every detail was discussed and followed without fail. I was so pleased with the degree of listening and response that was given in each part of the project. I have total respect for American Professional Services, and I do tell everyone that asked me for a contractors name to call them and enjoy the renovation experience.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO USE AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO BUILD A FENCE FOR OUR BACKYARD PATIO. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND SO IS THE DOG WHO SHARES HALF OF THE PATIO AS A RUN SPACE. WE APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT MR. SLABACH HAD A LOT OF SUGGESTIONS THAT SAVED US MONEY BESIDES MAKING OUR DECK LOOK GREAT. WE HAD SEVERAL CONTRACTORS GIVE US QUOTES THAT WERE WAY ABOVE THE COST PLUS WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY HAD TIME TO SQUEEZE US IN. I AM SO HAPPY THAT NOW WE CAN GO OUT AND ENJOY OUR PATIO FOR COOKOUTS OR JUST STAR GAZING AT NIGHT. WE ARE ALSO HAPPY THAT OUR DOG CAN RUN OUT IN HIS AREA AND WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HIS GETTING OUT.



WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH HIS WORK WE DECIDED TO HAVE OUR HOUSE AND TWO POLE BARNS PAINTED . THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON ALL OF THE WORK. WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH A TROUBLESOME DOOR AND I WANTED SPECIAL LATTICE FRAME WORK TO GIVE THE HOUSE A SPECIAL TOUCH. NOW THE DOOR WAS SOMETHING ELSE SINCE THE HOUSE HAD SETTLED OVER THE YEARS THE DOOR WAS NOT CLOSING RIGHT AND NEEDED TO BE LEVELED OUT SO THAT IT WOULD CLOSE PROPERLY. WE FOUND MR. SLABACH'S WORK TO BE ABOVE AND BEYOND WORK THAT WE HAD DONE BY OTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES. WHILE THEY WERE WORKING ON MY HOME THEY KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND NEAT AND PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO WHAT WE WANTED.



WE RECOMMEND AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ALL OF YOUR REPAIRS. I AM VERY PROUD OF THE WAY MY HOUSE LOOKS NOW AND WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Does excellent work from start to finish. Great work for the price. No leaks in 10 years. Roof looks brand new.

almost rebuilt my entire home added on about 1/4 sq footage of my house put a custom built beautiful custom bathroom and custom built kitchen . the prices are very reasonable and the work is very professional. they work very quick but very carefully listen to everything i want done and if i had a problem with anything fix it with no problems. very great to work with would recommend to anyone looking for work
