Van's Nails

NO STARS AT ALL!!! IF YOUR THINKING OF COMING TO THIS "ESTABLISHMENT" BEWARE!! THE NAIL TECHS ARE AWFUL, HAD A BIG FALL OUT WITH STAFF BECAUSE THEY'RE SO NASTY AND TREAT YOU LIKE S*** TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO TRIED IN MY LIFE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT WORK ETHICS.

The reviews saying these people don't respect their customers are absolutely true! I just spent an hour and a half waiting to get my eyebrows none. Not an exaggeration - an hour and a half. I was told I was next and when I looked around, the person I was waiting for was tending to another client. When I inquired why this was happening, I was told they called my number "several times" and I didn't answer. I was sitting right by the counter where the numbers were being called and nothing. I also went and checked several times during that hour and a half and was just consistently told that I was next. These people are a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. I will never spend another dime here. Nearly two hours of my time completely wasted due to their lack of organization!

This place does not respect customers. This is not the 1st time that I've had a problem. The 1st time, I was disrespected by Kevin (nail tech). He didn't wanna do my nails because I had a regular tech that I use, but she wasn't there. There was a lot of back and forth while doing my nails. Then in his language as well!! This time I called before going and let the man at the front know that I was coming. When I got there, 20 mins later, he says the girl that I use, is done for today. I was furious!! Just disrespectful!! They have no people skills!!

Salon takes costomers for granted....
