The attendant at the counter completely ignored me as I signed. I sat down and waited 20 minutes. A gorgeous blonde storms in and the male attendant stops everything and escorts her to the back and immediately starts doing her nails. I followed and gave him an earful. I heard him apologize as I stormed out. Completely unprofessional place!

Awful!!!! Worst nail experience EVER!! The nail tech gouged a huge chunk out of my cuticle, after rushing and not paying attention to what she was doing. I advised the manager of this, which he couldn't care less. He didn't even offer an apology. I would advise anyone in need of nail care services to go ELSEWHERE. This place is not cheap, so you'd think they'd have more attentive employees and even a manager who would show a minute level of compassion. All they want is your $$. I'll never come here again, and I'll be sure to spread the word so no one else has such a horrible experience!

This is a very very beautiful and easily located salon, and the staff is quite nice. It would be wise to call ahead for an appointment, but I have never been unsatisfied with their work.
