BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I agree 100% with the other 2 individuals that have previously posted reviews about this company... They will NOT return phone calls, It takes weeks/months for them to respond to problems with their homes. My family has rented from them for over 3 years and as soon as our lease is up, we will be looking for a new place to live. Our home was put on the market with 7 months left on our lease thus causing a number of people to stop by and look at our home. We HAD discussed with Realty World about breaking possibly breaking our lease BUT after they told us we could not and that they could put our home on the market, I told them I would call them back and let them know what we had decided. 1 day later, I DID call back, left a voice mail stating that we would wait until our lease was up. I also said for them to call me back. I NEVER received a call back from anyone in their office. After the 7th people came by to look at my house and they told us that it was advertised as for rent, I called Realty World and asked why our house was on the market. The incompetent SECRETARY proceeded to LIE and say she had spoken with my wife 2 times and with me 1 time and we told her to put it on the market. She was on speaker phone and my wife told her that she had NOT spoken to her, she had left 2 messages for her to call and being she never called my wife back, thus the reason I called. The incompetent secratary then called my wife a liar and I got pissed and raised my voice. She hung up on me and I called back and Tony answered. I WAS still angry due to his incompetent secretaries calling my wife and I liars and proceeded to tell Tony about the dialog. He was QUICK to come to the defense of this incompetent woman. A HEATED conversation erupted between us and Tony even called me an A** and told me to come to his office @ 4:00 so he could show me... TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT... I wish there was a way to check negative stars... Tony, IF you read this, YOU know where I live.
