VERY impressed by this business. What a great experience, from the moment you walk into the lobby, to picking up the car. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and cozy, a great first impression, nothing like the dingy shops I've been to in the past. Everyone was very professional, Obed explained everything in great detail. The pricing was very fair. Thank you Imports Professional, so happy to have found a local BMW mechanic who I can trust.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my wife's 128i convertible to have its 60,000 service. First they told me that it was going to be $375 for service. When I went to pick up the car the charged me $475 .At first I thought okay no be deal still cheaper than the dealer. I drove the car approx 1/4 mile and ABS light comes on.. I took the car back. I left a note for them to call me and let me know what they find.. They never called so I finally called them. They told me that they reset the computer and test drove the vehicle. They informed me that the pump for the ABS sent the code but should be good now. I thought it was funny that I never had an ABS light come on before. They told me that they never did anything to my brake system but the they charged me for a brake fluid flush. Funny never touched my brakes.How do you do a brake fluid flush and not touch the brake system? Magic I guess. I went and picked my wife's car up and didn't even make it out of the lot and the light came on again. Had my BMW towed to BMW service station. . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! !

They were not discourteous and they did fix the vehicle. However, they engaged in what I believe to be unethical business practices. We took our BMW to get a diagnostic check and they told us that 5 things needed to be repaired, one of which was the front passenger door lock actuator at a cost of $258. They also told us that the $93 cost of the diagnostic check would be credited whether we did one or all of the repairs within 30 days. We went back a few weeks later (within the 30 days) to have the door lock actuator repaired. After they repaired the vehicle, they told us that the cost to repair the door lock actuator was now $326. They claimed the price of the part went up $30 in less than a month and they could not credit the full diagnostic fee because we only had one item fixed. First, they were very dishonest about the diagnostic fee, and second, why wouldn't you let the customer know if the price of the repair would increase that much. Ultimately, between the price of the repair and the un-credited diagnostic fee, we had to pay them $378 for a repair that was originally quoted at $255. Based upon their unethical business practices, I will never use this shop again and would not recommend them to anybody else. However, if you choose to use them, be careful so you don't get taken like we did.

We took our Audi & Lexus here and the service was fantastic! Very timely and efficient. Then we took our Chevy Silverado that was having issues and they were the first people in 2 years that figured out the problem & fixed it! Definitely recommend!
