US Post Office

on march12th,2015 i mailed 2 birthday cards 1 was to go to princeton,mn and 1 was to go to emily,mn.today is march 30th they still have not recieved their birthday cards.i went right to the post office to mail them. i mailed them in mpls at the post office on 31st and stevens ave. this is not the 1st time i have had a problem, i mailed valentines to andover, they didnt recieve them for 2 weeks. i took them to the post office on 31st and stevens ave. i tried to call downtown post office, it rang n rang n rang, no one answered, called another # got a voicemail, never got a call back. called another place, they said it was normal to take 2 weeks. my daughter just put birthday party invites in the mail ,right in the post office in bloomington. i am worried that no one will get their invitations until the party is over. whats going on? i was told to send my mail registered , by one of ur post offices. so let me understand, if i send somethiung regular mail, it will take at least 2 weeks, princeton is an hour away, today is day 18. REALLY??????
