Tile and Grout Cleaning
Our tile and grout cleaning system is exactly what your floors need. Whether you have ceramic or porcelain, you’ll be happy with our cleaning results. We use a special tool designed specifically for hard surface care. The dirty water is taken with us so there is no mess and your floors are ready to use when we leave. Soil is removed with high pressure soft water that safely blasts out the soil that gets deeply embedded in your grout lines. Leaving it bright, clean and ready for use almost immediately. Tile floors dry as quickly as a mopped floor.
Vacuuming
Our service involves a complete vacuuming followed by a pre treatment to loosen soils that can’t be vacuumed away. Then the mattress is rinsed and extracted with a heated pH balanced rinsing agent and left to dry. If the mattress has staining issues, the stains are treated with the appropriate product to kill the bacteria and remove the stain. Some stains can become permanent if left untreated for a prolonged period.
Odor Removal
The first step for odor removal that needs to be taken is to eliminate the source of the odor. If the odor is coming from your pet, the contaminant must be removed (cleaned away). The second step is to determine the nature of the odor and locate all of the contamination. We use a powerful ultraviolet light that shows urine contamination not visible under normal light conditions wherever they exist. Next, we treat the contaminated areas. An effective solution designed for each type of odor will be used that will dissolve the contaminants which is then applied directly to the affected area. The solution is allowed to dwell and then removed with a special tool designed to remove moisture beneath the carpet backing and pad.
Mattress Cleaning
We recommend that you vacuum your mattress at least every 6 months. This will help reduce the amount of dander, dead skin cells, allergens and dust mites that has been accumulating over time. These pollutants can cause problems for those with allergies and respiratory issues. Since this furniture item gets more frequent use than other furniture items, it should be cleaned more often. You should have your mattress professionally cleaned at the least once a year.
Stain Removal
We have been relying on Pat for Over 10 years. He has an uncanny knowledge of chemistry related to stain removal, and thus far I don’t believe he’s ever failed to remove a stain We have put before him. Carpet Repair
Some Berber carpets have properties that cause more problems when attempting to repair so I won’t work on certain styles.. Carpet repairs that I perform are limited to damage that are smaller in size. Examples are listed below.
Steam Cleaning
Our process begins with a complete inspection of the surface that is being cleaned to identify & address scratches, damage and any other issues that can not be resolved by the cleaning process. Digital photographs may be taken of the surface at this time. Items that can be removed from the floor are set aside so that the work can be performed. Larger items will be moved back and forth on top of furniture sliders as to not damage the surface. The next step would be to remove loose soil and dust from the surface with our HEPA vacuum. Then we proceed with steam cleaning the surface until soil is no longer transferred to the microfiber cleaning cloth.

Wood flooring needs periodic expert care. Our method consists of using a high performance vapor steam cleaning system that give you results that you will love. This wood floor cleaning process is safe, odor free and leaves floors immediately ready for service. The steam will immediately loosen the soil that has adhered to the wood, it is then removed with a special microfiber cleaning cloth that traps the soil and removes it from the surface. Heavily soiled flooring may need additional cleaning to completely remove layers of soil that has built up.

For instance, water damage caused by a burst pipe or leaking window is typically easier to remediate than a sewage back-up. Then of course there is water damage odor that can be caused by carpet cleaning. Usually the center of this problem revolves around proper air circulation but can also be a result of sloppy workmanship. Let me elaborate so you have an understanding because usually the blame is attributed to the carpet cleaning service.
