The $85 for ten vents is just to get you to call. They clean only up to 15 feet which left out my attic bedroom. They also have a $200 minimum and wanted a check instead of a credit card. They quoted 4 furnace trunks at $70 each, plus the vents. The estimate went from $85 to a $200 minimum to $500. The duct cleaning business seems not to be an honest business in general. Ask the right questions and do your research before letting them in your home. The young man who came out seemed to be knowledgeable, but I could tell he was working for a shyster. I wanted to tell him to find a more honest place to work.
