Jack Gayson Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc.

Have used Jack Gayson plumbing in the past with great results. So naturally, when a pipe started leaking in the basement I didn't hesitate to call them again. Jason was the mechanic who showed up. He was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was here for just over two hours and he was able to repair the leak and slow drain in the kitchen sink.

I also asked him to take a look at the bathroom toilet on the first floor which was acting up. In no time at all, after replacing the parts in the tank, the toilet was running perfectly.

I have found this company to be outstanding in terms of price and responsiveness. I called yesterday and they were here today, right on time.

We have used Gayson in the past and have been loyal customers however it became clear this time that they are not loyal to their customers. We needed a pipe moved in our kitchen about five feet, they came to give us an estimate and we're told it was no problem and it was a fairly simple job. After days we were not contacted with a quote and when we called the company we were told that the man who came to our home was out sick. We called again the next day and we're told a quote would be emailed immediately and it never was. Finally, we called back and left a message and they emailed us a quote of $600. All of the other plumbers in the area quote us $300. It seems that they just did not want to help us. They are extremely unprofessional and show no loyalty to repeat customers who have given them thousands of dollars of business in the past. We will definitely be using someone else and are very disappointed with Gayson plumbing.

I strongly DO NOT recommend Gayson Plumbing !!

I had a leak in my ceiling. They sent over a tech who cut a hole in my ceiling to see if he could find the cause. Said he knew what it was and would order what was needed and when the parts came in they would call for the next appointment to fix the problem. Charged me $180 for the call and the problem was not solved.

It has now been over 2 months and they still have not called. I wound up getting another plumber who fixed the problem which was NOT what Gayson's tech stated it was. So if they did the proposed work it would have been a waste of my money and I would still have had the leak.

Sent an email to the owner explaining the situation and never got a response.

Wrong diagnosis of the problem, lack of promised follow up and total lack of concern as evidenced by the owner ignoring my complaint.

FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT !!

The plumber they sent over was fantastic! Very fast and accommodating. The work turned out great, I am very happy with it!

Their gas heating service contracts are wonderful. I recommend them to all my friends and faimly.

What service!

I had no heat in the middle of the night and they sent a truck over to me right away that night. I am glad to know that they were able to get us heat again as fast as they did.
