I was so pleased with the service I received I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a restoration project done. As a young, female, first-time homeowner, you can imagine the panic I was in when I realized that I had a mold issue in my basement. The panic escalated when I realized that I had mushrooms, or some sort of funk, growing in the corner of my basement!



My brother, who has used CCE in the past, recommended that I also use them for my basement situation. Upon calling, CCE came to my house & assessed what was going on. It was determined that quite a bit of work would be needed to get my basement back to shape.



The gentlemen who worked on my house were an absolute pleasure! The were prompt, polite, hard-working & always explaining what/why they were doing. They not only got rid of the nasty funk in my basement, but left my basement looking/smelling cleaner than it was on the day I bought the house.

I hired Custom Craft last month to take care of a cat urine issue in my basement. I went from having a basement that smelled like cat urine to a pristine looking and odor-free basement. The staff is knows the business well, uses the appropriate protective gear, and explains exactly what they are doing to fix the problem. They also do a great job at cleaning up when they are done. Excellent service and reasonable fees!

Who do you call after the firefighters load up their trucks and leave and the smoke clears? After getting several competitive estimates for repairs & smoke damage clean up, I'm so thankful that I chose to work with Custom Craft Environmental. Custom Craft Environmental was the first company to respond to our phone calls when our basement flooded. They came out within a day to look at the damage and start the cleanup process. The owner contacted us every day or every other day to make sure everything was being taken care of



The crew at Custom Craft was very thorough and thoughtful as they cleaned up. They were also professional, polite, and pleasant!

Rich is excellent to deal with. The project that he helped me on was very large and complicated, and Rich was very helpfull in testing and explaining everything that needed to be done. When it came time to doing the work Rich was there when he said he would be and he did what he said he wwas going to do. Never once did he come back to ask for more money or change the scope of work. I will definitely be using CCE for all of my future mold removal needs.
