        So glad I had termite coverage with Florida Pest only to not get a single inspection in over 8 months and find another wall FULL of termites that were “taken care of “before we moved in- even delayed us moving in by a full month and half. The lack of wood shows those termites have been here since before we closed on the home two years ago AND that means my inspection last April was a fail even though I was billed 80$ for spray and house was deemed “clean”. This home even passed a full inspection before purchase in August of 16 how- I have No clue. This is going to be a living nightmare I can only pray it hasn’t spread to other walls or It could be looking at costing me THOUSANDS (esp if they got the roofing frame). Say goodbye to BBB accreditation.
