Carpet & Tile Headquarters

There is no way I could agree more with the previous rating. We had carpet and tile installed in our entire house and they did not finish the inferior job they started, even though they were paid in full before they started. They would not refund the money they were paid for the job they did not do after repeated requests. They were asked to give us the materials THAT WE PAID FOR but refused. Absolutely TERRIBLE business people, and just bad people in general. Andre Lipps said he was a Christian and when I got upset that he had basically STOLEN from my family he accused ME of being a devil! THIS is a CHRISTIAN????? He is a very scary man and to preserve our sanity we decided to let the incident drop rather than pursuing his company through the courts, which we probably should have done to prevent him from spreading his poison to others in our community (plus to recoup our MONEY). The work they DID do was substandard to say the least, with the same problems of the previous rater of popping and broken tiles that did not stick, and carpet that was not stretched properly and did not quite reach the sides of the room. We had to call another carpet company to come and repair the mess they made of our beautiful home. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a carpet company. Who treats folks in a small town this way? I am happy to be able to share our terrible experience and hopefully save someone else the horror we have been put through by the HYPOCRITES at Carpet & Tile Headquarters.

Please take a moment of your time to read this and be aware of this company before you let them install your flooring. CARPET AND TILE HEADQUARTERS located on Steward Street in Milton installed tile and carpet in our home during Oct. of 2005. Since then we have had nothing but problems with the tile. CARPET AND TILE HEADQUARTERS have made several repair trips to replace cracked tiles and “popped” tiles. This has just been a “bandade” for the real problem of the tiles not sticking to the thin set. The owner of Carpet and Tile, Andrea Lips has set up three appointments to replace the tiles and has canceled each time, twice on the day they were suppose to be here. So, two times now I have disconnected my washer, dryer and stove and moved them into the garage only to get a phone call the morning of to inform me of another cancellation. The value of time taken off of work and labor involved with moving all of my appliances twice now is worth much more than the price of the tile. I have asked CARPET AND TILE HEADQUARTERS for a refund for the amount of the defected portion of tile. Since then, I have made several calls and left messages with the secretary but have not received a return phone call from Andrea Lips. Please consider this before you decide to buy from CARPET and TILE HEADQUARTERS of Milton.
