Denny is always above and beyond when it comes to customer service no matter how big or small the job is. Today he sent Gary to our home because we've been having issues in regard to our garage door opener. I talked to him once, and was to call him back however, the days flew past me, and today at 12:15pm, the door bell rang, and there was Gary ready to check-out the opener. Denny sent him to our home, how many business owners would do that w/out being called, and remembering our conversation about our issue. And Gary was so nice, he called first to let me know he was on his way, but I didn't hear the phone but he still stopped by, and I am so thankful because we have missed the convenience of not being able to get in w/out keys, well I should say being older parents, our two sons use the opener a lot checking on us. We of course of remotes in our car.
