Long Neck Car Wash

I have been here several times since it's the closest car wash to my home. Every time I am disappointed! The price is higher than any car wash in Sussex County and they do a TERRIBLE job! I have to ask them to dry the passenger side of the car (the side that isn't facing customers) every time - and they get an attitude about it. Several times they have been standing around holding towels doing nothing and reluctantly dry the car. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I will also continue to drive to Lewes or Rehoboth to get it done cheaper and better. A little customer service goes a long way!! There is rarely a line anymore since customers don't go back. Don't waste your money.

Needed to give one star, but would have given it zero stars. Suggest use of this car wash only when absolutely necessary. OTHERWISE STAY AWAY.

The location needs to be open later--at least until 6:00 PM. Even if it means opening a little later in the morning.. Working individuals who don't get off until 5:00 PM can't get there before 5:30 and they find the facility closed! Ridiculous

Please consider staying open later each day.

Last four visits extremely poor service. Left voice mails for the first three with no return call. On 4/7, paid for the ultimate wash and car was given to me with dirty spots all over it. This time I requested that they clean it up which took an additional 10 minutes along with unkind attitude. Inside of car still had six jellybeans dropped by my grandson, Car mats were not placed in appropriately and the vacuuming was terrible. I left a note for the owner to contact me which didn't happen. Very dissatisfied with the service.
