If you are lucky to get work done on first visit and they fix okay, then you are okay. You will never know their OTHER SIDE. If whatever they fixed didn’t work, like my case, which I reported on same day my heater was fixed, They ignored my call, and not responding at all. They scheduled 2 service dates which was no show—are you kidding me!! Then told me they didn’t come because they didn’t order replacement part. (They were coming out to replace the part!!) It’s been 13th day, and they are not even calling me back.

Not to mention, they are running this business from their home in Pasadena in comfort of their living room. They are family run business and they are not professional. They are practicing repair at your cost. If they are lucky to fix it on first try, good, but when they can’t fix it, they try to ignore you. They are not even answering my call after checking caller ID.

I found this place on google and they were one of the few places I called willing to give me a same day appointment. I got one for yesterday from 10-2 and NO ONE showed and I didnt get a phone call. Only way I knew is because I called. And then I rescheduled for today, same times, and I got a call from the tech at 205 and he said that I wasn't scheduled for that time. That i had an appointment at 4-6. WHAT? I am not sure their quality of repair but their customer service has been severely lacking, as in every time I call I can not get a hold of anyone and their answering machine is full.

i called them monday night my dryer was broke and i was in a panic well dave answered the phone and he calmed me down and made me feel like every thing would be ok .he was here the next day he was on time you no no ones on time any more well i had a bad timer he told me he had the part on the truck i said to myself how can this get any better.. well his price was only 169.98 for evry thing.. then to top that.he gives me 10% off s.c discount i will tell every one about them a+a+a+a+a+a+a+a+a+a+a+a+a

when my dryer stoped on ny sons wedding night i called them and told them what was going on and they came right out and 5.45 on a friday night and fixed my dryer they even had the part wow they were great thanks so much i will tell this story at the partdy sat night and give your number out also thanks again !
