Patricia Chang OD

I went to this office with my 11 year old son who wanted contact lenses. Dr. Chang was 25 minutes late for our 10:30am appointment. When I asked the receptionist if she was running behind schedule, she said she isn't here, yet. But she is always late and we are working on that. When Dr. Chang got there, I asked her why she was late and she said because she had to wait for her carpool. Her office is in Millbrae and the receptionist said she lived in Millbrae. So the carpool excuse doesn't make sense. She has no concept of professionalism and is inconsiderate of a patient's time. There was no apology for her tardiness by her or her receptionist. I will never take my son back to her.
