        Alex receives our highest rating. He is prompt, courteous, thorough, respectful of our property & time, and friendly. He does his work quickly and explains what he is doing, why, and what the effects of his work are expected to be. We thoroughly enjoy having Alex as a service representative. (Add to that that Cathy (via telephone) has been very responsive & pleasant.)
