Make sure to check the other negative reviews. Very similar experience here. Withheld key information, like how this car was in a flood back east and the entire frame is rusted. Our mechanic says this car is unsafe to drive. Would have been good to know before purchasing. Zach has a silver tongue… too bad it’s forked.

I found a Great car here at a Great price for my 16 year old daughter for X-mas. They were very up front and honest. They told me they hadn't had the car long and really didn't know much about it but to drive it wherever I wanted to (take it on the freeway, etc.) They also gave me a free Carfax and let me make a decision on if I wanted it or not. No pressure at all. Just if you like it buy it, if not no worries. The title was delayed but absolutely not a problem, I was still able to get temporary registration and picked up the title a few days later. Love this car and the experience dealing with Barter! I'll be back to get another vehicle from them again.

I love my car I bought from Zach. He worked with me on the price and let me drive it twice before I bought it. I liked it so much and I wasn't going to be able to buy it until the next week, and he let me put $200 down to claim the car. I loved that! He actually put this $200 toward my total price in the end, which I thought was super fair. I love Zach. Yesterday I came back to come back for a repair and Zach smiled at me when I walked in and asked, "how do you like the car?!" I said there was some minor things going on, and he said, "We will fix them for you no problem." He is so caring and loves his customers. I love how accommodating they are! Had a horrible experience. However the dealer is apparently going to work with me to make things right. I will update this review once I see the results of that.

We came here looking for a van for our family. Shawn helped us and he was fantastic! Was honest and thorough about every car we looked at. We felt very confident with his honesty and help. This was our first experience going to a used car place (usually we buy from a private party) and we were made very comfortable. Shawn made it a great first experience for us! No pressure or problems coming here. Just a good experience. We ended up finding a different car elsewhere but We would love to come back for our next purchase! Thanks Shawn and Barter Holdings! Fantastic service, honest, friendly and genuinely care about what deal you get. Best deals I've ever seen. $1500 for a Kia Optima; 130,000miles; great condition; engine runs like new; no dents or scratches. They went out of their way to help me. 11/10

First of all Zach is absolutely amazing. You never meet car dealers that actually care so much about their customers. I'm a single mother and Zach made sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond. If your looking for somewhere to get a car with honest, trustworthy caring people this is the place. There was an issue with my first car I got here and zach fixed the problem no questions asked. My dad just bought a car here and we will continue to go here anytime we need to purchase a vehicle. Zach, the owner, was extremely helpful in finding the right car for a single mother I was helping.
