Professionalism and courtesy of this practice is nonexistent. If I could have gave them 0 starts I would have!!! I called on a Friday morning at 8:30 am. I told them I lived in Odessa, they took my insurance information and scheduled me an appointment for Saturday. I was told to arrive 10 mins early, which I did, only to find out they don’t even open until 9, my appointment time. No big deal. I get called up to the front to be told that they couldn’t verify my insurance. Instead of calling me Friday to resolve this issue, they waited until I came in and was unable to verify. Beyond frustrated!!!

Great bunch of people working there. All very professional and kind people. They are very busy and sometimes the wait is a bit long but just be patient and you won’t regret it. My adult children, my husband and i go there and we’ve never been disappointed. If you don’t have insurance, don’t fret, they will work with you and give you a substantial discount on your bill. I highly recommend this place for cleanings, x-rays

this was the worst dental experience I've ever had, and it was just a cleaning. The doc picked at my teeth,said I needed a deep cleaning, and that I had several cavities, and it would be $1700. I said no, I just wanted the cleaning. She came back in and did the cleaning in record time of 5 minutes. She said if I wanted mouthwash it was in the corner. She was rude and apparently all about money. No sale here, so get out attitude. I'm 53, I only drink water, no candy. My teeth are very hard. I've only had 1 cavity in my life, and it had only been a year since my last visit. I find it hard to believe I have several cavities. the only reason their getting a 1 star is because theres no option for a no star.

It sucked! I still have nightmares about this place, and still have pain from two wisdom teeth extractions. I don't think you should be left with sewing needle cuts and bruises from just two extractions. Save yourself and please go to a different place.

My daughter went two weeks ago to find out why her teeth were hurting. She could not eat or sleep, was in tears from the constant pain she was in. They told her she had 14 cavaties ti fill but they could not do it for two weeks. They did NOT give her pain meds or antibiotics. Two days later we went somewhere else, they said four cavaties and gave her antibiotics and pain meds. It seems Familia Dental likes to do unnecessary procedures. If we had gone with them, my daughter would not see them til tomorrow, two weeks of not eating or sleeping because they would not do their job and give her meds. The new dentist found a cracked tooth they will take care of when the infection is gone. I would not send my woest enemy, let alone someone I cared about, to Familia Dental.

This is my 3rd appointment and it always takes an hour and a half in the lobby to get in then another 30 min to get anyone in your room. Well today takes the cake... I have been in the lobby 2 hrs right now and still have not been called back. If you can go anywhere else, do not come here

The staff is rude ex: my deductible is $100 and she stated oh you just pay $100 and I said yes and she replied ok - well then give me 100. I Stated "excuse me" and she then stated oh that will be $100. The wait is ALWAYS long. My appointment was at 6:30 and we didn't leave until 8. The place is dirty - I have asked one of the staff to change gloves as he was touching everything and moving around the area with the same gloves he was going to use on my child. I saw them on Facebook, on their phones, playing around - all while patients are waiting to get helped. If I could change orthodontists I would. I will take my son to a different place to get his braces. I absolutely hate it.

Loved this dentist, my kids liked the playroom and all their worries from seeing the dentist went away when they saw the friendly staff. Great for all ages as well!

When I come to Familia Dental for my appointment I feel like the staff is always very professional and helpful. Dr. Davis makes me feel comfortable when I'm in for my visit. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Davis and the staff have always been prompt. And the job always gets done in a way that I have nothing to complain about.

Great office, very neat, friendly people. My son loved the office and especially the play room.

Was super nice and he made me feel comfortable and he took the time to explain everything that he was doing. The staff is super friendly as well. I will for sure tell my friends to go visit Familia Dental. Thank you very much I can feel that I will be a long term client.

Had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Had some problems with my filling.

Extremely kind and gentle dentist, helpful staff. I had to have 2 teeth extracted and I felt no pain. Had a crown, felt very little pain. He calls a few days after to check in.

Kind, gentle and even accommodating. I was running about an hour late to my appointment because of rain, traffic, and a bit of poor planning on my part. I called in and said that I'd be late, but was told to come in anyway. As soon as I got there, I imediately went in and I was still able to get my filling. The filling was quick and even the shot of novacane (sp?) was as pain-free as it could possibly be.

The doctor was awesome and the nurse was too. I felt very comfortable. Professional, polite, and friendly.
