New China Restaurant

Don't ever order Chinese food from New China in the Midtown Plaza. They delivered food to my son at his friends house in Pineford and when they didn't answer the phone right away, they left. Brought the food back and the delivery guy (the manager!!!) called my son and his friend dumb little fucks and was EXTREMELY disrespectful to my son and his friend. I called and complained and the bitch wouldn't let me speak to her manager and hung up on me!!! You want better, fresh, delicious Chinese food?!? Come into Giant, you will have a better experience all the way around!

These people can possibly have the worst customer service ever and their food isn't that great either. The guy in there is very rude. All he wants to do is yell at his customers. Do yourself a favor and never go there or even order on phone.

Today I tried ordering over the phone and the man was very rude!! I had to call back to change one thing on my order... he then told me to screw myself and then hung up! I called them back and told them to put the money back on my card he then screamed something I couldn't understand then hung up!! I then had to call the cops who informed me this wasn't the first time they had this very same complaint and told me I should call them back and tell them to put my money back on my credit card or there was going to be an officer coming to see them. When I called and told the man this he screamed something again and then said never call again. The police officer called me and asked what happened and I told him. He told me he was going to call there. The officer then called me back and told me it was all taken care of to call my bank in 5 mins and make sure the money was back on. It was!!! VERY VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
