        HORRIBLE customer service. Sears referred us to this company to fix our washing machine and 1 month later no communication - they don't answer the phone, reply to messages, nothing. They lie to Sears regarding contacting us. I will never use this company again... and won't purchase any appliances from Sears again. Avoid this company!!!

        Great service and great technician, other companies couldn't find the problem and this company came out once and fixed it, I will recommend this to all.
