The owner picked up my machine over two months ago. No call as to any estimate has been received in spite of several phone calls (once or twice a week after the first 2 weeks) to check the status. I've called to request the machine back for 2 weeks now and I've not gotten any response at all, in fact only 1 of the phone calls was returned at all and even then only after threat of legal action. Essentially, my machine (a very expensive embroidery model) has been stolen. I will probably need to resort to small claims court and possibly a police report. There is rarely, if ever, anyone in the shop. Stay away from this business.
