Hoity Toity

I went into store and purchased an item. I discussed with owner of item I was selling she said that she would purchase them. A week later I bring them in and she’s not there. I asked to leave a message but the man with poor costumer service was of no help and I went on my way. They have major customer service and misunderstandings at that company. All the times I have been in ther they have snooty attitudes with their nose in the it like you bothering them. I would not recommend going in even tho they have interesting items it’s not worth it!

...I called right when they opened Saturday at 10 to see if a table I wanted to buy was still for sale. I was told it was, they offered to "take the ticket off" and hold it and said they were open til 7:00. Drove over at noon and could not get a parking space within 2 blocks. Went home and tried again at 5:00. Got a spot right in front of the building but when I went in they were selling the table to someone else? A delicate situation that they handled very, very poorly making it awkward, uncomfortable, and distasteful for all involved.
