Bridal & Formal Reflections

I flew into town from California to find my wedding dress. Went into this shop and was sooo excited to be looking for my "dream dress". Well the younger lady in the shop that day was AWESOME!!!!! Even the owner or manager was kinda nice...at first. So full of "you look beautiful", "that's not the one, sweetie" or "yes that is it, and we can see it in your face" Well she even gave me a little more of a discount on the veil and head piece that I bought. Well a few months later I called to ask a few simple questions, you know, first time bride, not really know what to do or how to do it, or what questions to ask. Well I got attitude like none-other from the owner. Well I called again, and i finally had to have my fiance call her and ask one final question because the owner was just soooooo incredibly RUDE!!!!! And completely treated me and my fiance like we were just annoying her. Well I had called to set up my dress fitting for Memorial Day weekend, well i had called In November, to set it up. Was told that that weekend would not be a problem at all, they'd be open and we could get me in, and just to call the beginning of May. Well I called, in May, and the owner very rudely snipped at me that they were going to be closed and I would have to come in 5 days before my wedding to get the alterations done, and the alterations would be lucky to get done by the wedding!!! So I come back to town for other plans during Memorial Day weekend, and i get a call (the same day that they were supposed to be closed) saying the bridesmaids dresses were in. Well I was sooooo upset!!! My mom went and picked up my dress and all of the bridesmaids dresses and we are taking them somewhere else for the alterations. I LOVE my dress, But I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!!! Atleast if they want poor service and attitude from the manager/owner, who also does the alterations. She was nice when I was there before I bought the dress and then after i paid for it, she turned into a total WItch, with a capitol B!!!!!!!!! But the younger (20's) assistant was AMAZING!!!!!

The website opens nicely, but I didn't see a section where I can seee what is actually in the store right now. There are links to the designers, which is fine, but it takes all day to look through them and I can't tell what is actually at the M.C. location or how long it would take to order from these designers. It is not bad, but too long and not enough info about the M.C. location.

Wow where do I begin! From the moment I walked into this store I was greeted and informed of the sales. After recieving the tour we (my family and I) were told to make ourselves at home (trust me we did) Having two toddlers with us, we were offered toys for the children to play with and the staff helped in watching the kids. What a way to take an extra step in customer service. I found 16 dresses I was interested in and the staff assisted in trying them all on, I can truely say I felt like a princess with all the assistance I recieved. From trying on the dresses to choosing the right dress for my figure was discussed, then the veil and tiara was also discussed and I am so happy with it I could burst! The staff went out of there way to make sure my dear grandmother was comfortable and the kids were happy that I felt like I was amongst family. I have been to the 'big' stores and many of the 'small' stores and this one by far was the BEST in all areas of service. I purchased my dress that day and the owner gave me a wonderful deal on everything. Thank you Bridal Reflections you are the BEST!
