This company is awesome I called them almost at midnight because I heard rats in my attic and the guy came within the hour. He set traps and came for removal every single time I called. Their service is excellent and they gave me an affordable price. I got their monthly service and it covers everything. The nasty bugs are gone!This guy is very respectful and serious! The service is quite cheap compared to its quality and the best of all is that they are always available!

I made an appointment with Santiago on the phone, I was not home when he came to provide the service but my mother who was visiting was there. He charged her 2 times the agreed price. Months later he said he would refund the money he stole from her but never did. I had to report him to the Division of Agriculture and Consumer Complaints. Scary person, lies, unethical business practice, liar, DO NOT OD BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR SANTIAGO FIALLO!!!!!!!!!!!
