We have know each other for over 10 years, and throughout the 10 years you have put us in 3 different homes, all which we have loved and continue to keep. When we set out 2 years ago to start looking for our new home we always knew it would take a lot longer than our first two homes, as we were looking for something specific, and looking for a deal in a very tough real estate market.



A happy wife makes for a happy life. All it takes it a smile from my wife to bring such joy and satisfaction into my life. Our new home should keep her smiling for a long time to come. It has everything we were looking for in our next home, which was not very easy to find. The negotiations we worked on together have allowed us to be able to make the necessary changes to our new home. Without this savings our new home would have a different feeling.



We have worked very hard over the past several years to wait for this day to occur. With each passing month we continued to save to allow for us to buy a little bit more, and with each passing month the downward spiraling real estate market has also allowed us to afford a little bit more of a home. The saving could have continued but at some point the downward spiraling would have to end. You counseled us every step of the way, providing us guidance and insight. We could not be happier, and more proud to have finalized the purchase of our new home, a home to build my family, a true home that will bring us a lot of excitement and memories.



You have been nothing short of terrific to us over the past 10 years. You are true professionals that other should emulate and aspire to be. Most of all you have become wonderful friends and this is what we have value the most and look forward to the next 10 years being as successful and wonderful for all of us.
