DO NOT GO THERE. The office is FILTHY. Stains in the ceiling, holes in the walls, dirty floors, equipment that doesnt work. I did not want to touch anything in the filthy run down bathroom. The bill you for tests you did not ask for or tell you about. They miss bill as out of network and cause you tons of work to fix. They put the wrong diagnosis code on the tests so they are not recognized as preventative and free. They refused to give me my lab results until I threatened them.
