Brickell Collection

This is an amazing store. I never realized that quality modern and contemporary furniture could actually be in my price range! I've gone to a number of stores but this place had the best furniture items and best pricing. I love my new living room and I am a customer for life!

I just recently purchased several items from Brickell collection (the ceremony wood barstools, prism side table, 1919 dining chairs and the Instant advisor low back office chair) and was impressed with the quality of the furniture as well as the service we received. Will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a really beautiful lamp from Brickell the first week of August. This was the beginning of what was (and still is) an absolute nightmare.



Customer service: I would give you 0 stars if possible. For all the times I have reached out via phone or email, I have received ZERO correspondence back from your company. Every time I call in frustrated, and am told a manager will call me back, they NEVER do (Thanks Jonathan). In fact, more than once, I was put on hold half way through a conversation and just transferred to someone else in order to not have to deal with me (Thanks Casey - multiple times). I have been told that I will hear back from Dominique the owner on multiple occasions, but obviously that was just a lie.



Product: After waiting more than 90 days to get the lamp, within a month, the pedal no longer works so now I have a beautiful lamp that doesn't turn on.



I would never do business with this company again. Period.

I am thrilled to be a Brickell Collection customer! They have a truly amazing product selection, and their collections give me inspiration on an almost daily basis. And as I think everyone can agree, their customer service is spot on. Furnishing a space can be daunting, and with the help of Brickell Collection, it has been easy and fun.

This place is a gem! My husband and I just moved in and we needed a lot of home items. Excellent sellection, fair pricing, wonderful service. We're such fans! We highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get furniture and house items for a reasonable rate.

Been really enjoying working with the team at BC. They are patient, thoughtful and aren't afraid to propose bold and unexpected ideas. Brickell Collection has been a favorite of mine for as long as it has been around. We have slowly collected a pretty rad set of pieces and overall aesthetics that I'm very pleased with. After discussing our design projects we take their ideas no matter how random and see what they put together for us. you wont be disappointed.
