I took my vehicle on 01/21/19 for a transmission repairs engine seals and a minor window repairs it was quoted $3200I was told about a week +/- for the repairs to be completed I called every week sometimes several times a week according to my call log ( 01/28,1/29,02/01,02/08,02/14,2/18,2/22 and 02/23 and finally the veicle was completed on 02/28/19 the vehicle was returned back to the shop the very next day due to oil leaking underneath the vehicle (oil and transmission )
not to mentions the dents scratched and missing bottom engine cover protector that he promised to fixed. so I called to follow up on a warranty repair after paying $4435.15 stared to chase the shop owner/manager Mike on the following dates 03/4,3/8,3/11,3/12,3/15,3/16,3/18,3,/21,3/23,3/26,3/28 ,4/1,4/2,4/3/,4/5)
not to mention the Saturday visit my day off
is currently 04/09 I called and do not get and answer from the shop at this point I currently seeking legal counsel to resolved this problem
