Jazz Salon Hair & Nails

this is by far the worst nail salon I have ever entered. they literally had 1 other customer besides me and it took her 2 hours to butcher an attempt at a refill and polish which I was severely over charged for beings that I originally wanted a simply french style design and the nail tech couldnt even come close to accomplishing. after her trying to pass 3 failed attempts at the simple nail design and destroyed the nail shape I had I finally became frustrated and got a simple polish which she also butchered. I should have known something when 5 customers walked in asking for Henry and left when they were told he wasnt there. I have never left more unhappy with my nails in my life. I will never be going back especially after I asked for a refund for the $8 I paid for the nail design she couldnt do which she claimed she didnt know how to give and not only could she not give me the refund but she didnt even attempt to make anything right.
