Trophy Nissan

Hi!

I am writing this email due to the extremely poor customer service I experienced with Trophy Nissan.

I bought a pre-owned Rouge on 08/15 and I picked that up on the next day because I was told from Alex that is going to be ready tomorrow. Next day I picked the car and it was only washed but was not fixed the issue that were decided when I signed the paper.

Then last Friday, 08/22 I was told to drop of the car again to fix these things and they gave me the rental car by telling me that my car will be ready until Monday but its been 6 days already and I have not heard back anything from the Alex and Trophy Nissan Team... is this expected to every customer of Trophy Nissan or just me???

This is the worst car buying experience I ever had, the sales man does not pick the phone and never call back. Looks like he is done because I already signed the paper and he get his job done... this is horrible.

I decided to look into buying a Nissan SUV and was really impressed with the knowledge and kindness I experienced at Trophy Nissan, Marco Piedra really knew the answers my questions and didn't waste my time trying to sale, sale, sell! Like others. I will be back very soon.

I met with Jerry Collins and he was truly AWESOME!!! I appreciate all the help he gave me over the past three days while getting my new Nissan Sentra! I feel like I've known him all my life because of his wonderful customer service and down to earth personality!!! This is the second car I've purchased from them and I plan to continue! Thank you Jerry!

Trophy Nissan's customer service is great! They are fair and friendly. Kevin Berry was the best! He was a big help.

Never will I go back. I went to try to trade in a car. To say the least I got treated like I didn't know what I was looking for when I told them from the beginning,they tried to sell me something I didn't want, and to add to the dislike of ever purchasing from there, they were trying to sell me a 2014 Máxima for 30k when on their Internet page it's priced at 25699. Kept trying to give me a story as to why it was that much more. I may be a woman but I know my cars and how to purchase a vehicle without getting jipped. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I can get a brand new car for 30k somewhere else.

I recently accompanied our daughter to Trophy Nissan to purchase a vehicle, and was quite surprised by the ease in which the process was handled. Sales professional Drake Larry proved to be quite meticulous in his attention to detail regarding her preferences. This was punctuated by the beyond reproach finance services of Ivan Green.



Overall, the experience set a new standard for car buying, and I would recommend Trophy Nissan to any first time buyer, or an individual wishing to upgrade.

Friendly service teem eager to make sure we were not waiting on something that may have already been completed. Also very pleased with complementary drop off/pick up while car was being worked on.

Ray Maghammi is the absolute best to work with! Very considerate, friendly, not pushy, listens to you and never applies pressure! We would recommend him to everyone!!

This being my first visit to Trophy Nissan, I was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service provided by salesperson Brian Smith. Also special thanks to Robert Knarr (New Car Director) for making this deal happen and making it affordable. Extremely pleased with the vehicle.

(sorry for all caps, but too much to go in and retype) I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I AGREE WITH THE REVIEWER THAT SAID THEY TRY TO TACK ON A TON OF EXTRA FEES. THE CAR I BOUGHT WAS ALREADY LISTED AS CERTIFIED, YET HE WAS TRYING TO PULL THAT DISCLAIMER CRAP AND TELL ME I HAD TO PAY $1000.00 TO HAVE THEM CERTIFY IT. I WAS NOT STANDING FOR THAT. IT DID TAKE HOURS AND HOURS TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THAT IF THEY WANT TO SELL ME THAT CAR, THEN THEY NEED TO STOP JACKING ME AROUND. I WAS NOT PAYING ANY EXTRA FEES. AND THEIR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS EVEN WORSE! MY LICENSE PLATES CAME IN ON DEC. 7TH AND THEY SUPPOSEDLY MAILED ME A FLYER WHICH I NEVER GOT OR I WOULD HAVE CONTACTED THEM BEFORE I CALLED OVER A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR. WHEN I ASKED THE GIRL WHY NO ONE CALLED WHEN I HADN'T RESPONDED TO THE SUPPOSED FLYER THEY MAILED, THE RECEPTIONIST"S ONLY RESPONSE WAS "WELL DO YOU WANT US TO OVERNIGHT IT TO YOU?" IN A VERY RUDE, SARCASTIC TONE. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MGR, WAS GIVEN TO THE MGR OF THE PRE-OWNED WHO HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL 4 DAYS LATER. CRAPPY, RUDE SALES PEOPLE. I WON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO IN TO THE LIST OF OTHER THINGS THEY STIFFED ME ON. I WON'T EVER TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING. I WORK IN MCKINNEY AND WHEN I WENT IN THERE TO ASK THEM ABOUT A KEYLESS REMOTE THAT TROPHY DID NOT GIVE ME, THE MCKINNEY SERVICE MGR HAPPILY GAVE ME ONE FOR FREE. NISSAN OF MCKINNEY WILL BE GETTING MY SERVICE BUSINESS FOR ALL OF MY MAINTENANCE ON MY CAR. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM TROPHY NISSAN AT ALL COSTS. THE CARS THEY HAVE THERE CAN BE FOUND AT OTHER NISSAN DEALERS WITH MUCH BETTER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE NUMBER OF STARS, I WOULD.

The day I went in to purchase my lease car, all of your employees were so helpful. One of your salesman asked if I needed anything, and he was just a salesman that saw that I was waiting to meet with the finance person, and he was making me coffee and making sure I was ok. I wish I knew his name, because he was so sweet. Everyone in that dealership was so attentive to me. I will definitely recommend your dealership to everyone I know.

I recently relocated to Texas and the area of Mesquite. Not too familiar with the area yet so a coworker of mine recommended me to Trophy Nissan. I did a little research and came across dealerrater.com.



After reading all the horrible reviews, I was a bit worried but I trust my coworker’s words since he had a great experience during his visit so I went to Trophy Nissan anyways.



Upon my arrival, I was approached by Chad, he was friendly & attentive. He was also explanatory when answering my questions & concerns about purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism.



The financing process was shorter than I expected. They found a great deal on the car I wanted!! That pretty much made my day when I found out! I’m so glad I listened to my coworker and didn’t listen to the negative reviews or else I would have missed out on this great offer! Thank you for the great assistance and great service, Trophy Nissan! I feel so lucky! I’m starting to love Texas even more!

I went to Trophy Nissan the other weekend and purchased a pre-owned 2006 Nissan Titan. The entire staff made me feels very comfortable with the negotiation/finance process. They also made it straight forward and easy to understand! Your Nissan team went above and beyond to make us satisfied customers!! And might I add customers for life!!! I had an excellent overall experience and have already been recommending Trophy Nissan to friends, family, and coworkers!!
