Pediatric Clinic of Mesquite

I moved from New York to Texas. I kept my Pediatrician in New York from the day my oldest son was born, until I moved to Texas 10 years later. I used the same pediatrician for all three of my children.

Here in Texas, I went to Pediatric Clinic of Mesquite, with my son hoping that I can use them for all three of them. I got the worst service ever!!!! I only got to see one doctor there, she seems to be alright. The problem is the girls who are sitting at the front desk. I wonder if the doctors know how their front desk employees are treating their customers!!! If they do, they will not keep them there a day. These girls need to be sent for some kind of customer service training. I will not recommend this place to any parent!!!!

They dont have emergency sick visits available. My son has asthma really bad & when he gets sick he needs a dr. that day not next week! If you have kids that get sick a lot do not use this clinic...also they dont have a play area or books for the kids. What kind of pediatric office doesnt have something for the kids to do?
