if I could give this place 30 stars I would. Plenty of options and most of al exceptional customer service. I have to especially thank Tony, he went above and beyond to educate me on flooring options. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and I can tell he truly loves his job and very passionate about helping people. I cant say enough good things about the customer service he provided and will definitely be back again as long as he is employed there because I know he will not steer me wrong. Thanks so much Tony!

went there to find good hardwood floor found one for 4.69 foot had questions,asked to speak to manager .my questions were about the quality of wood and craft manship what i got was buy it as is ,it is perfct the the only problem you have is a shody installer our product is great zero defects .tried showing him the sample wich had different withs and bowed arch looking peices .when i noticed he started huffing and puffing .this lewis guy has attitude dont know what i did to him but i choose to take my business else where .lewis just caused home decor 11,000 in sales .lewis eliot youre in the wrong job .worst manager ever ,made me feel like i was wasting his time . my money is green wont be coming back ever when if floor and decor goes under it will be because of you.and your worped hardwood floors.

Bait and Switch I went to Floor and Décor to Purchase Beveled Subway tile. Ad showed on sale for 28 cents per tile. I arrived. It took ten minutes to get a sales associate to wait on me. Once he came over he told me to give him two minuets. The two minuets turned into fifteen. Then I asked someone to wait on me and his name was Luis. I told him what I wanted. He pointed to the sign and said while supplies last. He said this without asking me the quantity I needed. Then showed me only one box left. He was not pleasant and the pointing was so rude. He was not wearing a name badge and was not helpful. I purchased different tile. However, it was not the tile I desired. Prior to leaving, I learned he was the manager. The cashier told me that he is often not pleasant. So Floor and Décor is Floor no more in my book.

We bought three pallets of tile while we were layin tiles we noticed that it is two different shades we went back to floor and decor Mesquite location where we buy it from and spoke to the store manager after he apologized he said he will take care of it and he will find me the right color I told him what about the labor I already paid somebody to lay it and now I have to pay somebody to take it out and lay it back again he said he will talk to Bob which is the general manager 3 days one by and I went back to the store he said that they just received some but he don't know if it's the same shade but he gave me one tile to see if it matches and it did I went back to the store I told him that it did match he said go ahead and take off the tile and he will take care of it for me, they replaced the tiles and the next day I called to find out if they're going to send me the labor cost by mail or they want me to come by to pick it up they were dodging my calls two weeks later they told me that it is against our policy to pay for labor even though it is there a mistake another word they're saying it is our fault but we cannot take care of it, I am just pin pointing the story to make it short but bottom line I HIGHLY do not recommend buying anything from floor and decor since they do not and cannot take care of their mistakes,although I hired a lawyer and I have a lawsuit against them very soon.
