We called Buckner Plumbing LLC on an emergency, as our drains were backing up and the auger I had bought got stuck. Buckner Plumbing LLC came out the night before Thanksgiving within the hour and managed to free the auger and then using his own professional equipment, unclogged our drain very quickly. He was really friendly, trustworthy and honored our online coupon. In the end, we felt the charges were fair and the level of service was excellent. We shall keep their contact number for our future plumbing needs and will gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Had the roommates call a plumber for a leak under the sink. Came home to a company named golden west plumbing. The plumber looked a little younger then I expected but he then showed me he knew what he was talking about. We went with the minimum repair which were just shut offs. He let us know he was turning off the water to the house before shutting it off which was nice. Repair was fast and I`m satisfied with the work. Were saving up to get some more work done later on with this company. Service was great and prompt. Thanks again!

0 Stars--Buckner Plumbing?s staff is incompetent and the Management is arrogant and recalcitrant. They plumbed tankless water heaters in my new home and cross connected manifolds. My builder called the owner of the company and I called the management and asked that that they correct the problem. They acknowledged the cross connection but refused to correct the problem. My builder had to hire another plumber to correct the problem. I would not hire Buckner to plumb a portable toilet!!
