        Called looking for some parts ...

        Called looking for some parts for a solar collector. He informed me, "most people," would just report damage to the insurance company, and with the tax rebates get a new system. I told him I guess I wasn't, "most people", and still needed the parts. He hung up on me. What an attitude, what a Jerk.
