Platinum Pools & Spas

Communication is terrible. Still awaiting final pool design after changes were made. Have been told would get designs, on more than one occasion, within 2 days. Almost 4weeks later. I don't feel like i should have to micro manage. At this point will take my $ elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.
