Steve Lenzmeier, a master carpenter specializing in finish carpentry and licensed since 1984, started Lenzmeier Creative Carpentry to perform framing, finish carpentry and remodeling. In 1993 Steve obtained a Residential General Contractors license as a sole proprietor and became incorporated under Lenzmeier Construction, Inc. in 1999 (license #B-141063). Lenzmeier Construction also possesses a Light Commercial General Contractors license. Lenzmeier Construction is a unique builder. This role can only be accomplished by a team of seasoned professionals that deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service at the highest level with unmatched innovation. Each and every project is supervised by Steve Lenzmeier in order to ensure quality. Our office staff is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable of the field work requirements. Lenzmeier Constructions experienced carpenters perform the light framing and precise finish carpentry aspects of each project.
