This office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have messed up my policy so badly. At one point one of my vehicles wasnt covered under my policy because they had went in and made unrequested changes to my account. The title to my brand new car was changed to a salvaged title. And this all started because I wanted to change my automatic payment date. The agents would never call me back. The process of communication was nonexsitent. It was me calling ever day sometimes twice a day for Lindsey to answer and tell me everyone else was busy, on the othe line or in a meeting and they would call me back. Just for weeeks to go by and not hear anything. 2 months after this started my policy still was not corrected and I paid more because of it. In a nonchalant way I apologized to and Terri had blamed everyone else in the company for what happened and not once did they try to correct their wrongs. Do not let this company insure your vehicles.
