The main house and barn of the homestead date back to circa 1780. It was built by the Trexler family, one of the area's first settlers. The 6,000 SF main house features colonial symmetry with a grand center staircase running up through the three stories. The main house was a lavish building in its day with intricate architectural millwork, deep window sills, and other ornate features. The 4 guest rooms/suites are beautifully maintained, spacious and offers the modern comforts that guests desire. Ideal for a wedding or celebration, the barn is a very popular venue for any occasion. Built over 200 years ago, the barn has been completely restored with a modern, rustic décor offering a 4,000 SF hall that can accommodate up to 125 people. The Barn also features a guest suite on the lower level.
