Overall

limited inventory, no web site or email

Not very competitive in the used auto parts competition with no website, no email for parts inquiries (it is 2010 isn't it?). And from the few times I've called they've had either none or maybe one of the make and model car I was looking for. Don't really know how they stay in business.
