This is a very professional company and Javier is very easy to work with. Most importantly, our hardwood floor refinish came out beautifully.



We had a total of 5 companies come out to provide estimates. He was the only one to: arrived at our house on time, come in a vehicle that says, "I do floors" (not literally), have stain/finish samples on-hand, and provide references. His estimate was detailed as opposed to being simply a price and he was again, the only one that provided the estimate on the spot, as opposed to the next day, which all of the other contractors did.



On the job, Javier sanded our floors personally which made us feel very comfortable. The job, which consisted of sanding/staining/finishing 850sq ft of floors + stairs + shoe molding, turned out better than we even thought they would turn out. There were many imperfections from previous sanding, furniture indentations, and dark stains that are now unnoticeable.
