This letter is to state the satisfaction with Mr. Tommy Batas performed and completed a refinished basement in my home. He framed and built three closets, sheet rocked all walls and ceilings, spackled, taped and made ready for paint. He also tiled 1200 square feet of flooring using ceramic porcelain tile. All of his work is excellent. He remained in constant communication and completed the job in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. HI TOM,Tommy, I just want to thank you for the great job you did this past Sunday. I left you a message Saturday asking you to call me about the gutter that was hanging off my house. You called me the next morning and were there within 15 minutes. You put up the gutter and nailed in a piece of siding that had also fallen off the house. Then I asked you to give me prices on other work that I felt needed to be done. Instead of giving me expensive remedies, you actually told me how to save money on the projects. You considered me and my finances. I feel that I can really trust you, and I plan on calling you for all my future repairs. Thank you.

Tommy did a complete reconstruction of our downstairs bathroom which included sheetrocking, tiling the floor and walls up to the ceiling, installing a new sink and toilet, painting and installing all fixtures. Tommy also updated our upstairs bathroom with a new sink, shower doors, fixtures and re-caulking. We found Tommy's work to be excellent, and his pricing very competitive. Where other contractors we have used in the past made it seem that they were doing us a favor and were unreliable, Tommy was extremely reliable and would not leave either job he did for us unless we were totally satisfied.
