I have several rental properties and spend plenty on lawn care. Although issues from day to day operations happen Senske's management takes care of business. Chris, Senske's president runs a stand up operation.

DO NOT USE Senske Landscape Cleanup. Crew is inexperienced and do not follow work orders as outlined on Customer Contract. I had to have them come out to home to clean up flower beds multiple times as the job was not done properly. Then when I called into the general number the Supervisor inferred I had not communicated clearly with him on the second visit of service to rectify issues. On the work order it clearly stated what work would be completed. I had reiterated this a to FOUR Senske team members on multiple occasions from the Sales Executive, (2) Account Managers, and Sales Director. Again it was clearly written in the work order on the Customer Contract but was not followed. The Account Manager accused me of "back peddling" when I asked shouldn't the work order be the official document for the crew and Supervisor to follow instead of asking the customer each time. Due to incompetency, I was asked to oversee crew's work. I cancelled my remaining services. CONSUMER BE AWARE!!!!!

These guys are top notch, honest, hard working company that is very reliable. These guys have always done an outstanding job no matter what I have asked of them. There services are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but you get what you pay for with these guys. Very good company I would recommend them to anyone haveing problems with there lawn, trees, pest control or whatever else.
