Meridian Fence

Approximately two months ago we called for an estimate for fencing work at our home. An employee named Roger came out to write the bid and said he would have it in a few days. After two weeks without a response from him, I called him. He said he would find it and call me back. He did not. I called again and he said he would look again, that maybe he lost it. Stated he would call me. He did not. The third time I called I asked to speak to the manager or owner of the business, I was immediately transferred to Roger. He sheepishly repeated the same story and that he would call me. He did not. If in truth the paperwork was miss-placed or lost, why did they not rectify the situation by sending someone more responsible to re-do the bid? There is something very wrong at this establishment. Is it their policy to treat customers this way or do they have a rouge employee? If they didn't want the job why did they not have the common decency or professional ethics to say so?

They tore out an installed my cedar fence.It is beautiful! The lead guy sam! was awesome to work with.I would recamened you call meridian fence first!!

After years of putting it off, I finally gave in on replacing our fence. After it was finished, I questioned myself as to why I had waited so long. The price was right and the outcome was exceptional. BTW, the customer service I received is included in the exceptional category. The extra gate I had installed didn’t quite open like we thought it would and when given this feedback, Meridian Fence sent out a team to see what they could do. Note, it wasn’t the fault of Meridian Fence, but ours since we didn’t quite think it through. Long story short, they made it right and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Guys! I tell my friends if you want a fence installed right, call Meridian Fence because you won’t be sorry.

now I know why I used meridian fence again. Chris came to my rescue and helped to adjust my gate. It would'nt close . hard to keep the dog in. thank you again Chris for showing me how to keep it adjusted. marianne findley

We obtained several estimates and not only was Meridian Fence the lowest they delivered a beautiful cedar fence with two gates perfectly crafted and reinforced with galvanized poles. We had been discouraged in the past by shoddy workmanship but we are happy to say that pride in craftsmanship is alive and well and it resides at Meridian Fence Co.We feel certain that our fence not only has enhanced the look of our property but we will accomplish a higher resale when the time comes.
