        This company recently built a home for a client of mine in Boise Idaho. In that, contractually and per Idaho State Law, they have to give my client a 1 year home warranty. In the not quite 4 months that he's lived there, he's had water damage in his master shower area from a poor design layout which Joe just wants to do the least expensive possible regardless of how it affects the homeowner. And forget about him actually fixing the existing damage. The weather stripping never made it onto the garage man door and instead of taking 5 minutes out of his day to put it on, Joe threw the weather stripping on the side of the house in the snow and told my client to put it on himself. Additionally, the A/C went out right after he moved in and now the furnace went out. When my client called Joe to fix the furnace, he told him he wouldn't do and to "figure it out". My client works approx 70 hours a week, is rarely home and has a baby living in the home. The professionalism has been poor and communication worse from the time we began making selections all the way through to now. Everyone on this builders team is just awful. I can't imagine how poorly this home is going to perform in 5 years. Everyone should know what an awful company this is!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
